The perforated frosted two-way vision window film should last for many years. The window film shows the print/design on both sides of the material/glass. With two-way vision window film (perforated frosted window film) the material itself is translucent (but not transparent). With the one-way vision window film the material itself blocks light. The one way vision films allow for greater privacy. The two-way vision window films only partially blocks the view of people. Thus, providing a little privacy, but allowing the almost all light to pass through the material itself and the holes.

Designing perforated window film
Measure the size of the window glass. We advise you to subtract both 10 mm from the length and 10 mm from the height of this measurement (if the window film must fill the entire glass panel). For a good and easy fit. Everything white in your design will not be printed. Thus everything white in your design will remain clear of ink (you will only see the material itself).
Make your design 1:1. Use mm as the measurement unit. We advise a minimum resolution of 3×3 pixels per square millimeter (75 dpi). Or 3000×3000 pixels per square meter (1000×1000 millimeters). Send us your design as a .png (use transparency for your cut-to-shape design) or .jpg files. With low compression, high resolution.
More information about designing your window film you will find here. If you have any additional questions please email us directly.
Maximum size of a perforated two-way vision film is 1330 x 3500 mm or 3500 x 1330 mm. If you are looking for larger perforated window films. Please contact us directly by email.
Applying perforated frosted window film
Applying the window film yourself. Is quick and easy. Follow our online instructions and watch our tutorial videos. The perforated frosted two-way vision window film is generally applied on the inside of buildings. Whereas the one-way vision perforated window film can only be applied on the outside of buildings/vehicles.
Thoroughly, clean the window and window frame. Remove all paint, grease and other dirt (with a glass scraper). If any is left behind, it will always be visible! Remove the backing paper of the two-way vision window film very carefully. When the perforated frosted film contains cut-outs, be very careful when removing the backing paper, as to not tear the film itself, when parts remain stuck to the backing paper. Take your time, most mistakes occur here!
Make sure to not apply the perforated two-way vision window film in direct sunlight, make sure the temperature of the two-way vision window film, the window itself and the surrounding air is -ideally- around 12 to 18 degrees Celsius. We do not advise you to apply the window film when it is above 18 degrees Celsius. Use your supplied free squeegee. Start in the middle/centre of the window film and move horizontal with overlapping movements towards the edge of the perforated window film. During which you hold the perforated frosted window film a couple centimetres (2 inches) above the window/mirror/surface itself.
Only apply perforated frosted window film on a flat and smooth glass surfaces.
Removing perforated window film.
When the material is warm (apply heat with a heat gun) it is easier to remove and will leave less adhesive/glue behind. We thus recommend using a heatgun/infrared-heater during the removal of the window film. You may also want to cut it into 300 to 400mm wide strips.
